Candidates must be sponsored by a current member in good standing, and that member must have successfully completed their one year probation period.

All new members of BVRPC must be a member of the NRA. Candidates can save on NRA membership dues by utilizing the BVRPC discount. Current discounted rates are posted on the BVRPC/NRA website. Use this link to see the discounted BVRPC rates and to join the NRA

A One-Year membership to BVRPC is $100, Seniors (65 and older) are $85. Spouses may add a membership for $50, and Youth member are only $5 (with an adult sponsor)

Regular initiation fees are $50, Active Duty Military $40.

Candidates must not have been convicted of, or indicted for, any violent crimes or misuse of firearms and must be able to pass a background check.

Candidates must be legally allowed to own firearms and ammunition and be at least 18 years of age (or join as a Junior member). Candidates under the age of 18 should use the Junior Application and must be sponsored/accompanied by a parent or guardian. Junior members will be expected to attend an orientation session.

Applications will be presented to the membership at the next scheduled membership meeting. Upon approval, all candidates will be notified are then required to attend an orientation session at the club (Dates are posted on the club calendar).

We currently do not process on-line payments for new or renewing memberships. It will be necessary for you to download/print the appropriate application (below) and mail it, along with a check or money order for payment.
